Synchronicity

The importance of synchronicity can not be over-emphasized. The actual world, or material world, takes it marching orders from the virtual world. So when you make inner changes, by working with dreams for instance, you will notice something happen in the outer world that confirms the change.

With other kinds of inner work, as in active imagination for instance, the world might respond with signs or suggestions, as well as or instead of synchronous events. This is because some inner work is more about energizing a different life track, or 'parallel universe,' and some is about shifting consciousness, or healing in some way.

People often get into a lot of fear when they begin to realize that there is a steady stream of information exchange between the virtual and the actual. Or guilt. It takes courage to actually embrace this fact and begin working with it. It gets easier, and ultimately much more rewarding, when you start 'getting' that the cosmos really is on your side, not on your case. Really get it. And when you really start to figure out how it all works, spiritual life can be quite fun.
